Massage Experience

Trained in both Contemporary Western Massage and Asian Bodywork, Scott approaches each client as an individual case. Incorporating a variety of modalities that may range from Myofascial Release and Craniosacral to Traditional Thai massage and Tui Na, Scott believes in integrating "the unit into a whole;" meaning various changes in alignment in one area has a possible impact on other areas of the body. By addressing the affected area and the area of impact, the body becomes integrated.

Scott's clients have ranged from cancer survivors and HIV-impacted individuals to those who lead very active lifestyles including: Wellness practitioners (other massage therapists, yoga instructors, acupuncturists), martial artists, age-group and elite level runners, triathletes, cyclists, and most recently, professional dancers. Scott believes in doing the best, not being the best, and in being very much in the present.

Located in Lincoln Square. Out calls are also available depending upon location and schedule.
