Massage Experience

Your massage should be a pleasurable experience first and foremost.

You will be asked a series of questions to determine your age, physical characteristics, and mobility. You will then be “tested” for Range of Motion (ROM) to ensure that the massage will be beneficial to you.

Next, you will be given privacy to disrobe/undress to your level of comfort and get under the top sheet on the table. Your level of comfort may be different from the next person, whatever level you choose is fine with me, since you will be covered at all times with a sheet

The typical massage begins with you lying face up, and will include a massage of your face, chest, abdomen, the front of your legs, feet.

You will then be asked to turn over onto your stomach, I will provide a bolster for your legs to ensure your comfort. The massage will proceed with the back of your legs, the buttocks, hips, and finally the neck and full back.
