A graduate of The Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy's Professional Massage Therapy Program, I also received my B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University. In addition to being a Certified Massage Therapist, I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with detailed knowledge of Exercise Physiology and Prescription, and how massage can benefit athletes and non-athletes alike.
Currently in addition to my practice, I serve as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, while working as an Anatomy/Physiology and Massage Therapy instructor at a Nationally-Accredited local massage school. I look forward to working with you to address your needs!
