Massage Experience

I offer deep tissue Swedish Massage as well as relaxation massage, Hot Stone, and a variety of other techniques. Additionally, I provide both Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. I also offer combinations of these in intensive bodywork/energy work sessions.

While working with my clients, I maintain a supportive and nurturing connection at all times, creating a deep level of comfort and trust. I do my very best to remain entirely present with each person during their healing session, as well as in all of our interactions and communication.


I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist (also licensed in WA) which means that I hold 1,104 hrs of Massage Therapy Education (compared to Washington's required 500 hrs) and I maintained a thriving practice in NY for several years before moving to Seattle. I also have certification in Upledger's Craniosacral1 and White Light Reiki II.
