Massage Experience

Massage is a wonderful gift to give to yourself or to someone else. An age old practice, it still has the same benefits today as it had hundreds of years ago. Physically, massage increases metabolism, hastens healing, relaxes and refreshes the muscles, and eliminates toxins from the body. It helps prevent and relieve muscle cramps and spasms, and causes nutrients to be carried from the blood to the the skin, keeping it normal and healthy. Psychologically, massage relieves fatigue, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system, and promotes a sense of relaxation and renewed energy.

Stephanie has been working as an independent contractor at the Huggins Center for Alternative Therapies in Melrose, MA since 2003, and is an on-call therapist for Dr. Dot Stein (www.drdot.com.) At the Huggins Center, her practice is focused in therapeutic and wellness massage, specializing in Deep Tissue, and working with Dr. Dot has allowed Stephanie to work with clients such as Sting, Enrique Iglesias and Iron Maiden.

Stephanie is available for private appointments in your home and for corporate on-site assignments.
