My style of massage is fluid, relaxing and can be considered sensual. For those of you who are not familiar with massage, the techniques in simple terms are as follows:
SWEDISH is for relaxation
DEEP TISSUE is to get the knots out
SPORTS MASSAGE is to stretch the muscles
REIKI is for energy healing.

I have worked on internationally known competitive swimmers, professional football players, body builders and those in the media world. Many other massage therapists receive massages from me and keep coming back because they know that I provide an A+ quality massage.

For your comfort, I transport a state-of-the-art massage table with extra padding with a Kur face rest and I bring a large selection of relaxing massage music on an iPOD/speakers so that any room can have music. I use SOMA professional massage lotion and my own aromatherapy oils upon request. Other lotions/oils/gels can be used based on your desire.

I do request, to accommodate my massage table, that you have a clear space of at least 6’x9’so that I can provide a most effective massage for you. The more space I have to move around the table the more fluid your massage will become. And although I am a pet lover, I suggest that pets be put into another room away from the massage, so that I do not accidentally step on them or to prevent noises that detract from the massage.

Suggestions before getting a massage:
- Find a room that is quiet and spacious enough for massage
- Clear a space (if you can) for the massage table prior to the therapist arriving
(Remove pets for safety and serenity purposes)
- Take a warm shower 10 minutes before the massage to begin relaxing and warming the muscles
- Refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes before the massage
- Light an aromatherapy candle...if you do not have one I can provide one for you
- Breathe deep and RELAX!
